Terms of Service

Article 1 (Agreement to Terms)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions for using the application "You Inside You" (hereinafter "Service") provided by Nunocky (hereinafter "Developer"). By using the Service, you agree to all provisions of these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Those who wish to use the Service must agree to these Terms, apply for user registration through the method prescribed by the Developer, and the Developer's approval will complete the user registration.

Article 3 (Privacy and Data Protection)

The Service operates as a private diary and self-reflection app based on the following principles. Please refer to the separately established Privacy Policy for the handling of users' personal information and data in the Service.

  • User posts are completely private and will not be disclosed to other users.
  • Data communication paths are encrypted to prevent unauthorized interception.
  • User posts are strictly managed and will not be used for purposes other than providing the Service.
  • Users can export and delete part of their data at any time. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Developer or third parties
  • Acts of sharing a single user account among multiple people
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Other acts that the Developer deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Developer or legitimate third parties with rights.

The copyright of information posted by users on the Service belongs to the respective users, but the Developer may use such information within the scope necessary for service operation.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Registration Deletion)

Users may withdraw from the Service and delete their accounts at any time through the method prescribed by the Developer. Once account deletion procedures are completed, posted content will be completely deleted in an irreversible manner after a certain grace period.

The Developer may delete accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms or under other circumstances.

Article 7 (Service Suspension, etc.)

The Developer may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if any of the following circumstances are deemed to exist:

  • When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer system related to the Service
  • When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
  • Other circumstances where the Developer deems it difficult to provide the Service

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The Developer makes no express or implied warranties that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc.).

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages caused to users arising from the Service. However, this shall not apply in cases where the Developer has intentional or gross negligence.

Article 9 (User Responsibility and Data Backup)

Users shall be responsible for backing up data they have created (such as posts) when using the Service. The Developer shall not be liable for any loss or damage to data due to server failures, service changes or termination, or other reasons, including recovery thereof.

Article 10 (Service Content Changes, etc.)

The Developer may change the content of the Service or cease providing the Service without notice to users. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages caused to users as a result.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Service)

When the Developer changes these Terms, the Developer shall notify users of the changes through posting on the Service or other appropriate methods. If users continue to use the Service after the changes, they shall be deemed to have agreed to such changes.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms. The court with jurisdiction over the Developer's head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction for all disputes related to the Service. However, if users are consumers, the court in the user's place of residence may take priority based on the Consumer Contract Act.
