- Responding to inquiries: When necessary to solve problems in response to user inquiries or trouble reports.
- System failure investigation and recovery: When unavoidable for investigating causes or recovery when serious service malfunctions occur.
- Confirming terms of service violations: To confirm the presence or absence of terms violations when inappropriate use is suspected.
Even in the above cases, user privacy protection is given the highest priority, and access is conducted within limited timeframes and scope.

The Developer does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except in cases permitted by law.

- Deletion: Users can delete diary text data recorded in the Service at any time through in-app features, limited to diary text data only.
